We are looking for a skilled talent acquisition specialist who is a key member of the HR team and responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match to fill Umbra's open and future positions. They will also be required to promote our brand with recruitment initiatives and events.
To be successful a talent acquisition specialist, you must have experience as a recruiter and the ability to attract the perfect candidate for each role. You also must have great interpersonal skills and be a people advocate.
